• Garden Design and Consultation
• Seasonal Clean-ups
• Tree and Shrub Care

Payment Terms

All services are billed at the rates specified in the service agreement. Payment is due within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and bank transfers.
• Late payments may incur interest charges as outlined in the invoice.
• All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added where applicable.

Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within less than 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• Cancellation fees are calculated based on the scheduled service and time allocated.

Liability

While we take all necessary precautions, Gardeners Covent Garden is not liable for any unintended damages caused during service delivery. Clients are encouraged to inform us of any pre-existing conditions or specific requirements prior to service.

• We carry liability insurance to cover any unforeseen incidents.
• Clients are responsible for securing any fragile or valuable items before service.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in this region.

Changes to Terms

Gardeners Covent Garden reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Acceptance of Terms
